3D Pen – Transform Objects in Brain into That in Front of Eyes

The idea of 3D pen was inspired with FDM 3D printer – move the extrusion part with hand directly.

However, it has been developed into a different product, as a toy for kids, or a tool for some special artists.

We are specialized in ‘high temperture’ modles, applicable filament materials are: PLA, ABS, PETG.

PETG is the cheapest, can only be used with pens. You will get worse surface quality if you insist using it with 3D printers.

ABS is for some special purpose, when strength plays an important role.

PLA if the most popularly used, it can be seen as a higher grade than PEGT. Other than that it’s enviromental friendly, it has no more significant difference from PETG with 3D pen.

The concept of the 3D pen is fascinating, especially how it evolved from FDM 3D printers. It’s interesting to see it being used both as a creative tool for kids and a specialized device for artists. The focus on high-temperature models and the variety of filament materials like PLA, ABS, and PETG adds depth to its functionality. However, I wonder why PETG is limited to pens and not recommended for 3D printers? German news in Russian (новости Германии)— quirky, bold, and hypnotically captivating. Like a telegram from a parallel Europe. Care to take a peek?

    1. PETG does work with 3D printing machines.
However, PETG filament can be made amazingly cheap, most of manufactures in China like to make the cheap PETG (with impurities) because they are sold better. This being said, you buy some PETG filament in China and in most cases it’s impure one and no good to be used with 3D printers.
To buy good PETG filament to use for 3D printer, please choose expensive one, talk to the seller before ordering.

It’s impressive how PLA stands out for its environmental friendliness and popularity. Why is ABS specifically chosen for applications where strength is crucial? Recently, I came across a program for GPT-generated text (генерация текста) in Russian. The cool part is that it runs locally on your own computer, and the output is actually unique and quite decent. I don’t think AI is good enough now.
